Description
FC Bare Fiber Optic Adapters manufactured by ANC International Co.,
Limited are used as a medium to connect bare fiber to fiber optics
equipment. This bare fiber adapter is a most affordable and easy
method for temporarily connecting bare fiber with all industry
standard connectors. It provides a simple and easy method to
quickly interconnect any standard fiber connector to a piece of
unterminated (bare) fiber to meet service, test or communication
requirements.
ANC can produce square type and round type bare fiber optic
adapters. Each type adapters have SC, LC, FC, ST, SMA, DIN etc
connectors optional. This bare fiber adapter has customized inner
fiber diameter and can be used for single mode fiber, multimode
fiber or other customized fiber.

User Manuel for Bare Fiber Adapters
Step 1: Prepare for materials: bare fiber adapter, cleaning paper,
alcohol, fiber stripper, fiber cutter
Step 2: Strip the fiber coating, strip length is 15-20mm and then
clean the fiber with alcohol and paper
Step 3: Press the fiber adapter switch (press the plywood for
square bare fiber adapter and press the round button for round bare
fiber adapter). Slowly insert the fiber along the inlet hole until
it comes out of the ferrule 4-6mm, and then release the fiber
switch to compress the fiber.
Step 4: Use the fiber cutter to cut the exposed fiber at the
ferrule end and then adapter is ready for use. After testing, the
fiber can be pulled out for repeat usage.
