OM4 8 Fiber 12 Fiber MPO-4xDuplex LC Connector MPO Fanout Cable
Assemblies manufactured by ANC International Co., Limited have a
flame retardant LSZH sheathing. OM4 MPO to 4xLC Breakout Cables are
designed for the transmission of signals around 850nm, are suitable
for connecting networking components with each other on optical
lanes for example and have a low input loss and a high return loss.
The MPO breakout fiber optic cable is comprised of one MPO female
connector on one end and 4xLC duplex fiber connectors on the other
end. The MPO fanout cables utilize 8 core OM4 fibers to fully
transmit 40GBASE-eSR4, 4 fibers in each direction transmitting at
10Gbps. The fiber optic breakout cable conforms to Method B
(Cross-Connect) polarity, and MTP® connector is available upon
request. This OM4 MPO to 4xLC Duplex breakout cable is suitable for
use in 100G QSFP28 SR4 to 25G SFP28 SR or 40G QSFP SR4 to 10G SFP+
SR transceiver interconnection. It is an ideal solution for data
distribution in current data center; These MPO MTP fanout cable
assembly can be configured with 8fiber 12 fiber, 24 fiber, MPO MTP
connectors. They are available in both male and female version, and
also come with LC, SC, FC and ST connectors on the fan out side.
The ruggedized 2mm or 3mm furcation legs provide a more rugged
solution than products with 900um legs, in turns provide excellent
installation convenience and longer lifespan. This MPO Fanout cable
assemblies are available in OM3, OM4 or SM fiber in lengths of 5,
10, 25 meters, custom lengths are available on request.
Single mode 9/125µm is optimized for long range (LR) distances,
while multimode is only capable of short range (SR) data transfer.
